Directions
Rice or Pasta ai Frutti di Mare: Heat oil and garlic in a pan, add frozen PanaPesca Seafood Mix at medium high heat for 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally. Add chopped parsley, chili pepper or your favorite seasonings and add the seafood mix to 6 oz. of cooked Spaghetti or 8 oz. cooked white rice. Prepare in your favorite seafood recipes. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until use.
